40ml Airless Pump Aluminizing Barrier Laminated Cosmetic Packaging Tube

SanYing uses lamination technology instead of the traditional extrusion technique for the tube making process. The special aluminizing process provides the aluminum film with excellent chemical resistance, highlighted metallic luster, high-barrier property, smooth feel and good resilience. Coupled with ingenious printing design, it has an exquisite exterior appearance, which greatly improves the quality of the products. The thickness of aluminum in aluminum-plating ﬁlm only accounts for about 3%, which signiﬁcantly reduces the consumption of aluminum, saves more energy and protects the environment.

The combination of the tube and airless pump provides an easy to use function to the tube,which is well received by more consumer.

We have 4 different print methods used depending on the design of client's artwork.

Gravure Print: Up to 6 colors. Use of CMYK/4-Color Process. Gradient Screens are acceptable. Feels like the ink is impregnated on the tubes and takes on the finish you have chosen for your tubes.
Silk Screen: Up to 6 colors. When you run your fingers over the art on the tube it is raised up and will always remain glossy, even on a matte finish tube.
Hot Stamping: Colorful printing can be done based on different requirement.
Flexography:The tube has good gloss.
